JPC Announces "SCM" version 3 Print

Simple Contact Manager

JPC announced today that it will begin work on a highly anticipated second generation of its newly acquired Simple Contact Manager (SCM) software. SCM v3.0 will be a complete redesign of the existing software and showcase new features that currently don’t exist in SCM v2.5.

"The new design will have a more trend-oriented, active, and demanding client in mind", says Doug Arcuri, lead software design engineer. "We are still in the design phase of the project so I cannot describe how the product will finally look or perform, but I can tell you that the software will be more powerful than ever and will have the potential to solve all of your integration needs when it comes to contact management. It will have the same high standard of device compatibility as before, but with more devices and with the ability to access the contacts more rapidly."

JPC Consulting’s acquisition of the Simple Contact Manager software occurred in April of 2007 when JPC bought out several freelance software engineers for the rights to the software and title. These engineers were employed during the first release of the software and are likely to be involved in the second iteration. However, with JPC’s extended network of resources that are expected to be allocated to this project, the potential for the software far exceeds its predecessor’s.
